What we do

How do we heal and protect our body with Nature?

Vettiveru (Chrysopogon zizanioides), commonly known as vetiver root, is an important herb used in Siddha medicine for its strong cooling and detoxifying properties. It helps balance Pitham and Kabam, making it especially beneficial for heat-related conditions.

Lemongrass is used to improve digestion, relieve gas and bloating, reduce fever, and support the body during cold, cough, and infections. Its natural antimicrobial and detoxifying properties help cleanse the body and boost immunity. Lemongrass is also valued for reducing stress, easing muscle pain, and promoting overall wellness.

Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii) is a fragrant medicinal grass used in Siddha medicine for its cooling, balancing, and rejuvenating properties. It helps regulate Pitham and Kabam, supporting both physical and mental well-being.

Davana (Artemisia pallens) is an aromatic medicinal herb widely used in Siddha medicine for its cooling, detoxifying, and balancing properties. It helps regulate Pitham and Vatham, supporting overall body harmony.
